Terms

Use clear commercial and advisory boundaries before any work starts.

Effective date: April 12, 2026. These website terms summarize the intended operating model for Mirelis Food Standards. Signed proposals, order forms, invoices, NDAs, or client agreements control where they govern a live engagement.

The site is designed to explain the offer, collect scoped requests, and support early commercial discussions. It is not a substitute for signed engagement documents, and nothing on the site should be read as a guarantee of regulatory, legal, or certification outcome.

Use of the site

You may use the site to review services, understand pricing direction, and submit legitimate business requests. Do not use the site to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized content.

No client relationship from site use alone

Using the site, reading the materials, or submitting an intake request does not by itself create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, or reserve delivery capacity.

Advisory boundary

Mirelis Food Standards provides informational and operational support around labels, launches, standards, and quality systems. It is not legal advice, not a law firm, not a certification body, and not a guarantee of approval, audit success, or enforcement result.

Scope and intake

Public pricing and service descriptions are starting points. Work begins only after the request is reviewed, scope is confirmed, and commercial terms are accepted. If a request does not fit a standard path, Mirelis Food Standards may decline it or move it into quote-only scoping.

Pricing, payment, and access

  • Published pricing is directional unless the site states otherwise.
  • Subscriptions, seats, overlays, and project work may require manual approval before activation.
  • Subscriber workspace access is separate from the public site and may be provisioned by invite, activation email, or account approval path.
  • Access or delivery may pause for non-payment, missing materials, or unresolved scope issues.

Cancellation, refunds, and service interruption

Subscriptions are intended to run for the paid term that was purchased unless a different written agreement applies. Project work, rush reservations, and completed service time may be non-refundable once work starts or capacity is reserved. Specific cancellation and refund treatment should be confirmed in the governing proposal, invoice, or client agreement.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for final label approval, final commercialization decisions, final supplier decisions, final legal review where needed, and final use of any deliverable or recommendation.

Deliverables and intellectual property

Clients retain ownership of their own files, materials, and internal documents. Mirelis Food Standards retains ownership of underlying methods, templates, frameworks, and general know-how, while clients receive the rights described in the governing proposal or engagement documents for paid deliverables.

Confidentiality

Request materials should be handled with reasonable confidentiality, and separate NDAs can be used where needed. If confidentiality requirements are material to the engagement, those requirements should be finalized before substantive work starts.

No warranty and limitation posture

The site and its contents are provided on an informational basis. Mirelis Food Standards does not promise uninterrupted site access, universal suitability for every request, or any particular regulatory, commercial, or audit outcome from using the site or related services.

Suspension or termination

Mirelis Food Standards may pause or decline work where payment is unresolved, required materials are missing, scope shifts materially, or the request creates conflict, legal, or operational risk that was not workable at intake.

Updates

These summary terms may change as the site, intake flow, payment systems, and client-account structure mature. Current signed engagement documents control active work where they conflict with this page.
