Private access starts here.

This page routes subscriber access requests and workspace-support questions. During the private build, workspace entry is provisioned directly after approval rather than through a live self-serve login.

Use this page for one of three things: new subscription access, invite help, or existing-subscriber support.

How It Works

Tracker access is provisioned after an approved intake request.

There is no self-serve login yet. Once a subscription request is reviewed and approved, workspace access is set up directly and delivered to the subscriber.

Submit A Request

Use the intake form to describe your needs and confirm which plan fits: Solo, Team, or a base plan with an overlay add-on.

Review And Approval

Requests are reviewed for fit and scope. If the request is clear, activation is typically fast. If it needs adjustment, that surfaces before any commitment.

Workspace Delivery

Approved subscribers receive their private workspace path directly. Team plans include seat invites managed through the same channel.
