Free Food Product Specification Sheet Template

Use this template to document one finished food or beverage SKU: product identity, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, measurable quality limits, packaging, shelf life, approvals, and revision history.

The template helps quality, regulatory, operations, co-packers, and customers work from the same approved product definition. It is for finished products, not a replacement for raw-material specifications, supplier records, the formula, label artwork, the food-safety plan, or release records.
