Do not send confidential product files through the public inquiry form. Mirelis confirms scope and a transfer method first.

Written findings

The report identifies required changes, open questions, the information used for the review, and the source supporting each compliance finding.

Follow-up support

Questions about the findings are included for 30 days. Materially changed artwork, formulas, or claims may require a new review scope.

What a finding looks like

A useful review should tell the reader what was found, what needs to happen next, and what evidence supports the finding.

Standard label review or broader launch work?

Mirelis confirms the correct scope before work begins so a defined label review does not quietly become a larger consulting project.

Use the standard label review when

  • The product formula and nutrition information already exist.
  • You have current artwork to review before print or release.
  • You need a defined review of required statements, claims, and supporting files.

Ask about launch readiness when

  • The formula, ingredient strategy, claims, or label are still being developed.
  • You need ingredient-permissibility research or a new-market compliance review.
  • The request includes agency filings, retailer-specific requirements, or work outside the standard package.

Frequently asked questions

When does the label review clock start?

Turnaround starts after Mirelis confirms the scope and receives the complete files and information needed for review. Standard single-SKU turnaround is 5 business days.

Can Mirelis review concept artwork?

Yes, but missing product information can limit which findings can be closed. For a final pre-print review, submit the current artwork and complete product information.

Is a second full review of revised artwork included?

Follow-up questions about the written findings are included for 30 days. A new full review may require a separate scope when the artwork, formula, claims, or other product information changes materially.

Does the review cover FDA and USDA products?

Mirelis confirms the applicable review path from the product and intended label. The standard scope can address applicable FDA, USDA FSIS, FTC, and state requirements. Agency submissions and formal approvals are not included.

Can related SKUs be reviewed together?

Yes. The 3-SKU and 10-SKU bundles are intended for related variants, launches, reformulations, and portfolio reviews.
